Connecting Multiple Locations #

If you run an agency with multiple GoHighLevel sub-accounts (locations), HighLevel Sync supports connecting each WordPress site — or each site in a WordPress Multisite network — to a different location.

Single-Site Setup #

Each single WordPress installation connects to one GHL location at a time. To switch locations, disconnect and reconnect via OAuth2, selecting a different location during authorization.

Multisite Setup #

On a WordPress Multisite network, each sub-site can have its own independent connection to a different GHL location. Navigate to GHL CRM → Settings on each sub-site and connect individually.

White-Label Domain #

If you use a custom GoHighLevel white-label domain, configure it under GHL CRM → Settings → General. All links to GHL records (contacts, custom objects) will use your branded domain instead of the default GoHighLevel URL.
