Syncing Multiple Users at Once #

You can sync all (or selected) WordPress users to GoHighLevel in bulk.

From the Users List #

1. Go to Users → All Users.
2. Select the users you want to sync using the checkboxes.
3. From the Bulk Actions dropdown, select “Sync to GoHighLevel”.
4. Click Apply.

The selected users are queued for sync via the Action Scheduler and processed in batches.

User List Columns #

The plugin adds two columns to the WordPress Users list:

• GHL Contact ID — Linked to the contact in GoHighLevel (sortable).
• GHL Sync Status — Shows “Synced” or “Not Synced” with the relative timestamp of the last sync.
