How to Disconnect #
- Go to GHL CRM → Settings → Connection.
- Click Disconnect.
- Confirm the action in the popup dialog.
Disconnecting removes the stored OAuth tokens and marks the connection as unverified. It does not delete any synced data, field mappings, or plugin settings.
Reconnecting #
Simply click “Connect with GoHighLevel” again and go through the OAuth2 authorization flow. Your existing settings (field mappings, tag configurations, etc.) will be preserved.
Troubleshooting Connection Issues #
- Ensure your site uses HTTPS.
- Check that your GHL account has API access enabled.
- If you see repeated 401/403 errors, the circuit breaker may be active — wait 5 minutes and try again.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting from scratch.
