What Is Syncly for GoHighLevel?

< 1 min read Updated Jun 26, 2026

Overview

Syncly for GoHighLevel is a WordPress plugin that creates a live, two-way connection between your WordPress site and your GoHighLevel CRM account. When something happens on either side, the other side updates automatically.

At its core the plugin does three things:

  • Keeps WordPress users and GHL contacts in sync: registrations, profile updates, deletions, and logins all flow through automatically.
  • Uses GHL tags to control what users can see and access on your site.
  • Connects your existing WordPress tools (WooCommerce, LearnDash, BuddyBoss, Elementor, Contact Form 7) directly into your GHL automations.

How it connects to GoHighLevel

The plugin connects via OAuth2, the same secure standard used by Google and Stripe. You click one button, authorize the app inside your GHL account, and the connection is established. No API keys to copy, no manual token management. The plugin handles token refresh automatically in the background.

Free plugin vs Pro add-on

  • Free plugin: OAuth2, field mapping, user sync, role-based tags, content restrictions, GHL form embedding, Contact Form 7, inbound webhooks, bulk import, BuddyBoss group sync, sync queue, logs, auto-login links, email notifications, white-label domain support.
  • Pro add-on: WooCommerce deep integration, LearnDash, Custom Objects, Family Relationships (Umbrella accounts), Conditional Menus, Extended Field Mapping, Elementor widget conditions, Sync Preview, AI-assisted field suggestions, Analytics Dashboard, Public REST API.
Important: The Pro add-on cannot run without the free plugin installed and active.

What the plugin does not do

  • It does not replace GoHighLevel. It connects your WordPress site to it.
  • It does not send emails or run GHL workflows on its own.
  • It does not modify your GHL account structure, pipelines, or calendars.
