WordPress Multisite Setup

Overview

Syncly for GoHighLevel supports WordPress Multisite. Each site in the network gets its own completely separate configuration: its own GHL connection, field mappings, sync queue, logs, and settings. There is no shared network config.

Installation options

  • Network activation: Activate from Network Admin > Plugins. Available on all sites but each site admin must configure their own GHL connection.
  • Per-site activation: Activate only on specific sites that need it.
Important: If you network-activate, each site must connect to its own GHL location. Do not share a location across sites unless you want all syncs flowing into one GHL account.

Sync queue on Multisite

A 2-minute network-wide processing lock prevents multiple sites from hitting the GHL API simultaneously. Queue items are scoped per site.

Cron on Multisite

WordPress Cron fires per site. If you use a real server cron job, point it at each site’s wp-cron.php, not just the primary site.
