Bulk User Sync
GHL Contact ID and GHL Sync Status columns in the Users list.
Overview
Bulk sync pushes all existing WordPress users to GHL at once. Useful when installing the plugin on a site with existing users, or after changing field mappings.
Using the bulk action
Select users and choose Sync to GoHighLevel from the bulk actions dropdown.
- Go to Users > All Users.
- Select users (or select all).
- Open Bulk actions and choose Sync to GoHighLevel.
- Click Apply.
Selected users are added to the sync queue. Monitor progress in Syncly > Sync Logs.
GHL columns in the Users list
- GHL Contact ID: Linked GHL contact ID, clickable link to the contact record in GHL.
- GHL Sync Status: “Synced” with a relative timestamp, or “Not synced”.
