Embedding Syncly Forms: Overview
Overview
GoHighLevel forms can be embedded on any WordPress page using three methods. All three embed the form as an iframe that loads directly from GHL, so form submissions go directly into your GHL account.
Three embedding methods
- [ syncly_form] shortcode: Works in any page builder or classic editor. Most flexible.
- Gutenberg block: The
syncly/formblock. Select your form from a dropdown. - Elementor form widget: Full widget with responsive size controls.
Where form IDs come from
Go to Syncly > Forms to see all available forms and their IDs. The plugin pulls this list from the GHL API and caches it.
White-label domain support
If you have configured a white-label domain, form embed URLs use your branded link subdomain automatically.
