Pipeline and Opportunity Management (Pro)

Overview

Maps WooCommerce order statuses to GoHighLevel pipeline stages. When an order moves to a tracked status, the plugin creates or updates a GHL opportunity linked to the customer’s contact.

Configuration

  1. Go to Syncly > Settings > WooCommerce.
  2. Select the GHL pipeline to use.
  3. Map each WooCommerce order status to a GHL pipeline stage.
  4. Set optional filters: minimum order value, specific products or categories.
  5. Save.

Opportunity management

For each tracked order, the plugin creates a GHL opportunity with order value, order ID, and customer contact association. If the order status changes, the existing opportunity is updated rather than creating a new one.

Abandoned cart opportunities

When abandoned cart tracking is active, the plugin can also create GHL opportunities for abandoned carts. Enable from Settings > WooCommerce > Abandoned Cart.
