Frequently Asked Questions

< 1 min read Updated Jun 6, 2026

Does the plugin work with HighLevel (white-label)?

Yes. The plugin connects via the GoHighLevel API regardless of branding. Configure your white-label domain in Settings > General for branded links and form embeds.

Can I connect multiple WordPress sites to the same GHL account?

Yes. Each WordPress site connects to a specific GHL location (sub-account). Multiple sites can use the same GHL agency account, each connecting to its own sub-account.

What happens to existing WordPress users when I first install?

Nothing automatic. Existing users are not synced until you run a bulk sync or they trigger a sync event. See Bulk User Sync.

Will the plugin create WordPress accounts for all my GHL contacts?

Not unless you run a Bulk Import. Inbound webhooks create accounts only if you have webhooks configured with ContactCreate enabled.

Does the Pro add-on require a separate license per site?

Yes. Each WordPress installation requires its own active Pro license.

Can I use Elementor and Gutenberg on the same site?

Yes. The plugin supports both simultaneously without conflict.

Does the free plugin support WooCommerce?

The free plugin includes basic WooCommerce settings and customer tag configuration. The deep integration (per-product tags, abandoned cart, pipeline management) requires Pro.

Is the plugin compatible with WordPress Multisite?

Yes. Each site in the network has its own isolated configuration. See WordPress Multisite Setup.
