Navigating the Admin Panel #

The HighLevel Sync admin panel is a single-page application (SPA) accessible from the GHL CRM menu item in WordPress admin. Navigation uses hash-based routing without full page reloads.

Main Sections #

  • Dashboard — Overview of sync metrics (total GHL contacts, WP users, synced, pending, failed), integration status, and recent activity feed.
  • Settings — Tabbed configuration for Connection, User Sync, Tags, Content Restrictions, Forms, Webhooks, Integrations, and more.
  • Field Mapping — Visual interface for mapping WordPress fields to GHL fields.
  • Sync Logs — Searchable log of all sync operations with status, timestamps, and payload details.
  • Forms — Manage and embed GHL forms.
  • Integrations — Enable and configure WooCommerce, LearnDash, BuddyBoss, and other integrations.

Pro Analytics #

With the Pro add-on, the Dashboard also includes an Analytics tab with sync activity trend charts (24h / 7d / 30d), system health indicators, and CSV export powered by Chart.js.
