Getting Started

White-Label Domain Setup

What this setting does

If your GoHighLevel account runs on a white-labeled domain (e.g. crm.youragency.com), the plugin uses that domain for all generated links: GHL form embed URLs, contact record links in the user profile panel, and BuddyBoss group record links.

How to configure it

  1. Go to Syncly > Settings > General.
  2. Find the White-Label Domain field.
  3. Enter your domain including protocol: https://crm.youragency.com
  4. Click Save Settings.
Tip: Enter your CRM subdomain, not the link subdomain. The plugin converts crm.youragency.com to link.youragency.com for form embeds automatically.

No white-label domain?

Leave the field blank. The plugin defaults to https://app.gohighlevel.com for record links and https://link.gohighlevel.com for form embeds.
