Course Enrollment & Completion Tags (Pro)

Tagging Students by Course Activity #

Assign GHL tags when students are enrolled in, complete, or are removed from LearnDash courses.

Configuration #

  1. Edit any LearnDash course.
  2. Look for the “GoHighLevel Automations” metabox in the sidebar.
  3. Configure:
    • Enrollment Tag — Applied when a student is enrolled.
    • Completion Tag — Applied when a student completes the course.
    • Revocation Tags — Added/removed when course access is revoked.

Auto-Enrollment via Tags #

Set an Auto-Enroll Tag on any course. When a GHL contact receives that tag (via webhook or other means), the plugin automatically enrolls the corresponding WordPress user in the course. Processes in batches of 500 users via Action Scheduler.

Auto-Unenrollment #

When the auto-enroll tag is removed from a GHL contact, the user is automatically removed from the course.
