Overview #

HighLevel Sync maps BuddyBoss groups to GoHighLevel Custom Objects, keeping them synchronized across both platforms. This is a free feature.

How It Works #

• Group Types → Custom Object Schemas — Each BuddyBoss group type is mapped to a GHL Custom Object schema.
• Groups → Custom Object Records — When a BuddyBoss group is created, a corresponding Custom Object record is created in GHL.
• Members → Contact Associations — When users join a group, their GHL contacts are associated with the Custom Object record.

Lifecycle Events #

The plugin hooks into all BuddyBoss group events:

• Group create, update, delete
• Member join, leave, remove
• Member ban/unban
• Group type changes

Auto-Schema Creation #

When a new BuddyBoss group type is published, the plugin automatically creates a corresponding GHL Custom Object schema.
