Does this work with GoHighLevel sub-accounts? #

Yes. Each WordPress site connects to one GHL location (sub-account). For agencies with multiple locations, use WordPress Multisite for per-site connections.

Is it compatible with WP Fusion? #

While both plugins can work on the same site, they serve different purposes and may conflict if both try to sync the same data. We recommend using one or the other.

Does it work with page builders other than Elementor? #

The shortcodes and Gutenberg blocks work with any page builder. The Elementor widget conditions feature (Pro) is Elementor-specific.

Syncing #

How often does sync run? #

The sync queue processes every 10 seconds. Individual user syncs have a 10-second lock to prevent duplicates.

What happens if my site goes down? #

Sync items remain in the queue and are processed when your site comes back online. Webhook events sent during downtime are lost (GHL doesn’t retry webhooks).

Can I sync custom post types? #

Yes, with the Custom Objects feature in the Pro add-on. Map any custom post type to a GHL Custom Object schema.

Billing #

Do I need Pro for basic contact sync? #

No. The free plugin handles user sync, field mapping, role-based tags, content restrictions, webhooks, and more. Pro adds advanced features like LearnDash, custom objects, and family relationships.
