Order Status → Pipeline Mapping #

Map WooCommerce order statuses to GHL pipeline stages. When an order status changes, the corresponding GHL opportunity is created or updated.

Configuration #

1. Go to GHL CRM → Settings → WooCommerce.
2. Select a Pipeline from your GHL account.
3. Map each order status to a pipeline stage:
   • Pending → Prospecting stage
   • Processing → Won stage
   • Completed → Fulfilled stage
   • Cancelled → Lost stage
4. Set filters: All orders, minimum order value, or specific products/categories.

Automatically convert a GHL contact from lead to customer on their first WooCommerce purchase. Configurable by order status.
