User Sync Settings #

Navigate to GHL CRM → Settings → User Sync to configure:

Sync Triggers #

• Sync on Registration — Create GHL contact when a new user registers.
• Sync on Profile Update — Update GHL contact when user profile changes.
• Sync on Login — Track last login in GHL (hourly throttle).

User Deletion Behavior #

Choose what happens when a WordPress user is deleted:

• Delete GHL Contact — Remove the contact from GoHighLevel entirely.
• Update Tags — Keep the contact but add/remove specific tags.

Default Registration Tags #

Configure tags that are automatically applied to every new contact created via user registration.

WordPress Hooks Used #

The plugin hooks into: user_register, edit_user_created_user, wpmu_new_user, wpmu_activate_user, add_user_to_blog, and profile update hooks.
