User Profile GHL Section

Admin-Only GHL Section #

On every WordPress user edit page, administrators see a dedicated GoHighLevel section with the following controls:

Contact Data Display #

Shows the linked GHL Contact ID (clickable link to GHL), current sync status, and last sync timestamp.

Tag Management #

A Select2-powered tag picker lets admins add or remove GHL tags directly from the user profile. Changes are synced to GHL immediately.

Actions #

  • Sync Now — Manually trigger a sync for this user.
  • Refresh from GHL — Pull the latest contact data from GHL and update the WordPress user.
  • Generate Auto-Login Link — Create a secure one-time login link for this user.
