Per-Product GHL Tags (Pro)

Tag Customers by Product #

Apply different GHL tags based on which products a customer purchases, and which order status triggers the tag.

Configuration #

  1. Edit any WooCommerce product.
  2. Go to the Product Data panel.
  3. Click the GoHighLevel tab.
  4. Use the Select2 tag picker to assign tags per order status:
    • Processing — Tags applied when order is processing.
    • Completed — Tags applied when order is completed.
    • Cancelled/Refunded — Tags removed or changed on cancellation.

Deduplication #

The plugin tracks which product tags have already been applied to avoid duplicating them on repeat purchases or order status changes.
