Group Membership Tags #

Tag GHL contacts when they join or leave LearnDash groups.

Configuration #

  1. Edit a LearnDash Group.
  2. Open the “GoHighLevel Automations” metabox.
  3. Set:
    • Membership Tag — Applied when user joins the group.
    • Auto-Enroll Tag — When a GHL contact gets this tag, auto-add to the group.
    • Remove on Leave — Remove membership tag when user leaves.

How Tag Removal Works #

The plugin tracks which tags each group applied to each user. When a user leaves, only the tags applied by that specific group are removed — shared tags from other groups are preserved.
