Family BuddyBoss Groups (Pro)

Auto-Created Family Groups #

When enabled, the plugin automatically creates a private BuddyBoss group for each parent’s family. Children are added to the group when linked and removed when unlinked.

Configuration #

  1. Go to GHL CRM → Settings → Family Relationships.
  2. Enable BuddyBoss Group Integration.
  3. Customize the group name template using placeholders:
    • {parent_name} — The parent’s display name.
    • {child_count} — Number of children.

Behavior #

  • Groups are created as private by default.
  • The parent is the group admin.
  • Children are added as members.
  • If a group member is removed via BuddyBoss, the family relationship is also broken.
  • Use Batch Sync to create groups for all existing families.
