Notification Types #

The plugin can send email notifications for important events:

• Connection Lost — Alerts when the GHL connection is no longer active.
• Sync Errors — Notifies when sync operations fail.
• Queue Backlog — Warns when the sync queue is getting large.
• Rate Limit — Alerts when API rate limits are being hit.
• Webhook Failures — Notifies when inbound webhooks fail.
• Daily Summary — A scheduled summary of sync activity and status.

Configuration #

Go to GHL CRM → Settings → Notifications to enable/disable each notification type and set recipient email addresses. Each type has configurable throttling to prevent alert fatigue.

Testing #

Use the Send Test button next to each notification type to verify your email configuration is working correctly.
